This website (blustonerealty.com) is operated by Satish Kurelly, Georgia Licensed Realtor (License #432350), brokered by Virtual Properties Realty, Duluth, Georgia.

What this site collects

When you submit an inquiry form, the details you enter — your name, email address and/or phone number, and your message — are transmitted securely to us and stored so that Satish Kurelly can respond to your inquiry.

Saved homes

When you tap the heart on a listing, that choice is stored only in your own browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us or anyone else. You can clear it at any time by un-saving the home or clearing your browser data.

Accounts and alert email

When accounts are enabled on this site, you may create an account with your email address. We use your email only to send your sign-in code and, if you turn them on, saved-search alert emails about homes matching searches you saved. We do not sell your email address or share it for third-party marketing.

What we store

Account data — your email address, your saved homes, notes and saved searches — is stored on our hosting provider (Cloudflare) so the site can show it back to you. Inquiries you send through forms are stored the same way so Satish can respond.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and account records while they are useful for serving you — for example, while you are actively looking or selling — and delete them on request. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes.

Deleting your information

To delete your account data or any information we hold about you, email satish.flex07@gmail.com with the email address you used; we will delete it and confirm by reply, normally within a few business days. You can also call the brokerage at (770) 495-5050.

Listing data and third parties

Listing information is provided by the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) through the Bridge API; see the IDX Disclosures in the footer. Listing photos load from FMLS image servers.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have email correspondence deleted, contact satish.flex07@gmail.com or the brokerage at (770) 495-5050.
